Start of construction celebration for Goedeburen in Zwolle

An entertaining act marked the start of construction of the Goedeburen project. After the official programme, the future residents had the opportunity to get to know each other while enjoying a drink.

Alderperson Dorrit de Jong: “Another 65 houses have been added to Zwolle, with first-time home buyers, families and seniors all finding a wonderful new place to live. This project is a beautiful example of young and old living side-by-side in De Tippe. De Tippe will be a neighbourhood for everyone, providing comfortable and sustainable homes in green surroundings.”

Friendly and sustainable neighbourhood
Goedeburen has a diverse housing programme, with detached houses, semi-detached houses, terraced houses and homes that are suitable for ‘ageing in place’. The homes range in size from about 78 m2 to about 166 m2. All houses have a private front garden and back garden and two or three bedrooms.

The shared green public space, a design by landscape architect Luyendijk, truly elevates this project. This is achieved through good insulation, solar panels and a heat pump. The homes will feature various shades of brick, creating a visually appealing and diverse streetscape. De Tippe
De Tippe is the newest neighbourhood in Stadshagen, Zwolle. More than 1,300 homes will be built here. This will be a friendly, green neighbourhood, nestled between the vast IJssel landscape, the Stadshagen district and the city of Zwolle. The neighbourhood is easily accessible, with plenty of space for pedestrians and cyclists and few cars on the streets. The Stadshagen train station is nearby. De Tippe is divided into three hamlets, each with its own character: De Zuidpunt, De Stedelijke Radialen, and Het Poldergrid. The Goedeburen project will be realized in Het Poldergrid.
