Start partnership with Fijn Wonen for 46 affordable and low-energy homes in De Tippe in Zwolle

The Fijneburen project consists of primarily affordable and zero-energy (BENG 3 = 100% zero-energy) homes, aimed at first-time home owners. There will be 16 end-of-terrace houses and 30 mid-terrace houses. The houses vary in size from approximately 84 m² to 127 m². All houses have a private front garden and back garden and two or three bedrooms.

De Tippe
De Tippe is the newest neighbourhood in Stadshagen, Zwolle. More than 1,300 homes will be built here.
