Start partnership with Fijn Wonen for 46 affordable and low-energy homes in De Tippe in Zwolle
News item, Area and Property Development
Area developer VanWonen has signed a partnership agreement with Fijn Wonen, the housing construction product of Van Wijnen, for the realisation of 46 affordable and low-energy homes in the Fijneburen project in De Tippe in Zwolle. The houses are designed by AG NOVA Architecten. Construction is scheduled to start in 2024.
The Fijneburen project consists of primarily affordable and zero-energy (BENG 3 = 100% zero-energy) homes, aimed at first-time home owners. There will be 16 end-of-terrace houses and 30 mid-terrace houses. The houses vary in size from approximately 84 m2 to 127 m2. All houses have a private front garden and back garden and two or three bedrooms.
Mireille Jeurnink, VanWonen Director of Property Development: “Thanks to the innovative and efficient construction method of Fijn Wonen, we are able to offer a large proportion of the homes in this plan in the affordable price category. These homes are in high demand in Zwolle. What is more, the plan has a short development time, so we are able to start the sale process quickly. Another nice aspect of this project is that the future residents of Fijneburen will not only have their own, private gardens, but also a collective garden which they can lay out and create together. We hope this will stimulate social contacts and result in a cosy little neighbourhood.”
De Tippe
De Tippe is the newest neighbourhood in Stadshagen, Zwolle. More than 1,300 homes will be built here. It will be a friendly and green neighbourhood with the conveniences of urban life and the safe community feeling of a village. The neighbourhood is easily accessible, with plenty of space for pedestrians and cyclists and few cars on the streets. De Tippe is divided into three hamlets, each with its own character: De Zuidpunt, De Stedelijke Radialen, and Het Poldergrid. The Fijneburen project will be located in the De Stedelijke Radialen hamlet.
Menso Oosting, director of Fijn Wonen: “With our new way of building, we want to contribute to solving the housing shortage. The homes in De Tippe are premium quality houses, tested and produced in our own housing factory. The different housing types, with two or three bedrooms and private front and back gardens, are also very affordable. And, needless to say, low-energy”, says Oosting.
Planning and registration
The sale will start soon. Construction will start in the second quarter of 2024, and the handover is expected by the end of next year. For more information, please visit www.wonenindetippe.nl. People interested in buying a house in De Tippe can register their interest via the website.
