During the well-attended winter-themed party, Miranda Venekamp-Brandt, on behalf of the developer, donated an AED to the new residents and users of the building. The local first aid group, Deventer Colmschate, was there to show everyone how to use it.

Miranda Venekamp-Brandt, VanWonen Director of Marketing, Sales & Rental Operations: “Beyond constructing high-quality homes, we assist new residents in creating a community where everyone feels safe. With the AED, we offer an added layer of safety in case of unexpected situations. Working together with first aid group Deventer Colmschate, we have made sure the AED can be found on HartslagNu.nl. We believe that investing in the community and safety is an important part of our responsibility as a developer. This is how we contribute to our mission: creating homes and living environments for the healthiest generations.”
