Sipko Schat has held various management positions at Rabobank, including Head of Corporate Finance and later Chairman of Rabobank International. He was also a member of the Executive Board of Rabobank Nederland for over seven years. Besides being Chairman of the Advisory Board of VanWonen, Sipko is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of OCI N.V. and Rothschild & Co.
