At VanWonen we make no distinction between purchase and rent. With our Housing Fund we develop rental homes for a growing group of people in the middle segment for whom there is currently insufficient supply. We look at the total picture: from a vision of an area, in relation to the environment, we create living environments in which everyone feels at home. We always go for and stand for quality, of the homes and the environment. We keep operation and management in our own hands, so that we remain present in the areas where we operate. This way we remain involved from A to Z.

The operation and management of the rental properties remains in our hands, so that we remain connected in the areas where we operate, even after delivery. We are involved from A to Z.
With the help of our Housing Fund, we can also increase the certainty that projects will continue and succeed. For example, in areas that have potential but where the start does not come naturally. By first developing rental properties there, we create confidence for the future and we enter into a long-term commitment.
