In addition to owner-occupied homes, VanWonen also develops rental homes within its own residential property fund: VanWonen Verhuur. Homes for a growing group of people in the middle segment for whom there is currently insufficient supply. The management and operation of the rental homes remains in our hands, so that also after the completion of the project we continue to be involved in the areas where we build. Because we are involved from A to Z, we keep learning from the experiences of tenants. VanWonen Verhuur also increases the chance that projects will proceed and be successful. By developing rental homes first, we create trust for the next steps and enter into long-term commitments.
