While the 12-story White Nile and the Blue Nile form a cohesive pair, each building has its own distinct character. The lower tower, Blue Nile, consists of 46 luxury owner-occupied apartments.
A key feature of this tower is the dynamic, almost fluid look. The natural stone-coloured base gives way to increasingly lighter colours of brickwork towards the top. The glass balustrades offer stunning views from the generously sized, cantilevered balconies. The ground floor of the building houses the commercial spaces.
White Nile has been sold to an investor for rental purposes and was handed over in June 2016.
