Residential building EBBE (in phase 9 of Ebbingekwartier) is located on Boterdiep in Groningen, and offers 32 one and two-bedroom apartments. The 6 types of private rental sector homes have a living area of around 52-84 m². On the ground floor is the Groningen VanWonen office. VanWonen sold the 32 private rental sector apartments and approximately 590 square metre of commercial space to the Bouwinvest Residential Fund. The 27 private rental sector apartments in EBBE II, situated on top of the largest single-storey underground car park in the Netherlands, were also sold to Bouwinvest Residential Fund. The apartments are spread over six storeys and have living areas ranging from 65 m2 to 95 m2.
