The Kwartiermaker project is located in Schuyts Kwartier, the newest neighbourhood of Schuytgraaf in Arnhem. Kwartiermaker consists of 43 owner-occupied homes and 21 rental homes with a robust, urban look. They are all ground-oriented houses. VanWonen sold the 21 rental homes to Daelmans Vastgoed. There is a variety of housing types: end-of-terrace houses, mid-terrace houses, semi-detached houses and terraced houses of three-in-a-row, varying in size from approximately 120 m2 to 187 m2. All homes have been developed to be energy neutral. The entire plan is nature inclusive and sustainable.
