Park Nova will arise at the former office location of the Carinova care group. A unique, multi-sided building with diverse housing for young and old. There will be a total of 54 apartments for first-time home seekers, singles, couples, seniors and single-parent families. The homes vary in size between 56 and 97 m2. VanWonen sold 27 apartments to Stienstra Wonen. The remaining 27 apartments in this project were sold to private buyers. A private investor has bought the ground floor to establish a GP surgery and a pharmacy. The floors will feature 22 apartments in the medium-priced rental segment and 5 apartments in the private rental sector, as well as 27 owner-occupied apartments in various price categories.
