Urban Parks Rijswijk

Urban Parks is located on the edge of the transformation area ‘Plaspoelpolder’ (2,500 homes). The programme consists of approx. 600 apartments (for rent and sale), about 4,000 m² space for commercial amenities, 225 underground parking spaces and 70 parking spaces in a parking hub. The affordable and medium-priced homes range from studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments. Construction starts in 2027.
