In the railway station area, near the Waalfront (on the banks of the river Waal) and next to the Nieuwe Hezelpoort, Duet will arise. A contemporary residential tower with a total of 383 apartments in different price categories, and an underground car park for the city centre with 573 parking spaces. In total approx. 53,000 m² GFA. Duet will be a vertical city district with luxury penthouses and mid-range apartments. But also with 90 social rental apartments and affordable homes for housing association Portaal, and 40 student homes for SSH&. We will also develop at least 81 homes in the affordable segment for a (commercial) investor. The remaining homes will be in the non-subsidised sector. The municipal parking company will take over the parking facility. Expected sale of first homes: mid-2024.
