Area development is a dynamic process, with many parties involved. From the start, we make clear how we will work with our commissioning parties, future residents, public and private collaboration partners. We set expectations and goals that are in line with our internal standards. As well as with the external regulations at the time of handover. Right from the beginning of a project, we set goals for reducing carbon emissions through reduction pathways and a CO2 bank. In doing so, we meet many ESG requirements. From SDGs and OECD Guidelines to the CSRD, EU Taxonomy, DGB, and NEPROM Code of Conduct. We discuss our sustainability ambitions and contractor arrangements with the client right from the planning stage. This helps keep the project on track.
