Ranging in height from 9 to 12 stories, the buildings step down towards the water. Their stepped façades are designed to ensure ample sunlight and unobstructed water views. The greenery on the rooftop terraces and in the shared roof gardens contributes to the friendly atmosphere of Caland Dock. Car-free, kid-friendly residential streets have been developed between the buildings, directly adjacent to the front gardens of the ground-floor homes. This contributes to a pleasant living environment for both residents and visitors.

Restaurants and cafés with fantastic outdoor seating on the waterside have now moved into the plinth level on the Calandkade, and retail space is available. With the upcoming realization of a marina in the near future, Caland Dock will without a doubt remain a popular location.
