Two terraces
Instead of a private garden, each house in Duinzicht has two terraces, with the terrace on the first floor almost always extending into the dunes. Because of the four spacious floors, each house can be largely laid out in accordance with one’s own wishes. The houses are either duplexes or attached houses in a row of three or four, and all have their own carport.

The Duinzicht project is part of Breezicht. Breezicht is located on the north side of Stadshagen, adjacent to the wetlands area Mastenbroekerpolder and the Milligerplas lake. Apart from nature being on one’s doorstep, all facilities are just around the corner as well. There is a variety of shops, schools, sports fields, and a day-care centre. A neighbourhood with a unique character and openness, adding a distinctive touch, on the green outskirts of Stadshagen.
