Currently, the rental operations of the studios in Waldo Tower are handled by:

‘Waldo City’ comprises five apartment complexes, complete with car parks, commercial spaces, and restaurants/cafés. One of these complexes has been sold to private individuals. The other four have been sold as investments to both institutional and private investors.

Waldo Tower is one of these five apartment complexes. The building of approximately 13,000 square meters consists of a plinth level with amenities and above that 21 floors with apartments. The office of NU Projectontwikkeling is located in the penthouse on the 22nd floor.

These exceptionally well-insulated apartments, boasting an A++ energy label, come complete with a kitchen and bathroom. The shared (rooftop) terrace offers residents an area for leisure. There is a bicycle parking facility and there are parking facilities in or near the buildings.
