Transforming an office building resulted in a small residential complex featuring 28 apartments ranging from approx. 130 to 200 m². The original office structure was demolished up to the ground floor, and a new building was erected on the existing foundations. The two existing basement levels, parking and storage areas, were preserved.
Located on the edge of The Hague’s Zorgvliet neighbourhood, the Stadhoudersplantsoen benefits from its ideal location with convenient access to public transport, shops and restaurants/cafés.
