Waldo Park is part of the The Waldo concept, for which NU developed independent residential units for single-person households. Waldo Park is part of ‘Waldo City’ (499 apartments, commercial spaces, restaurants, car parks) and comprises 42 apartments of approximately 24 m².

All the apartments have a small patio at the front, and with 82 covered parking spaces, there is ample parking. Naturally, we also provided a lockable bicycle storage facility, and with its TES system, this project proudly falls into the 'sustainable' category.
