We have developed Hof van Spalier on Kostverlorenstraat in Zandvoort. The plan consists of 5 new detached villas and 6 apartments in the former Dr. G.J. Plantinghuis. The architect has created a contrast between the listed building and the new builds.

The new detached villas with garages are situated on spacious lots ranging from 529 to 693 m². With 5 bedrooms, ample parking on site and a living area of 237 m², they truly deserve the name ‘villa’.

The 6 spacious 2- and 3-bedroom apartments in the listed building have been completely modernised and offer all modern conveniences. Parking is provided for residents on the premises. The living areas range from 113 to 122 square metres, and all residents can enjoy a sizable garden or terrace.

The homes were handed over in December 2021.
