The 18 villa apartments and 4 penthouses range in size from no less than 115 to 180 square metres, and each apartment has a very spacious terrace or balcony. The residents park in their private parking boxes in the underground car park and can reach their apartment or penthouse directly via the elevator or stairs in the car park. Duyndoorn offers an attractive mix of comfortable living in a historic setting on the greenest and one of the oldest roads in The Hague.
Life in Duyndoorn is good, with the lively Statenkwartier around the corner and the Scheveningen boulevard within a 10-minute stroll.
