The monumental pavilion building has been restored and modernized according to the design of Braaksma & Roos Architecten: the renowned firm that has earned its stripes when it comes to the restoration of listed buildings.

Contractor Heembouw Wonen completed the homes in the first quarter of 2020. This marks the successful completion of the project, which meets the objective of restoring the 1903 character while ensuring that the homes meet modern standards of comfort.
