The 32 newly built apartments, ranging in size from 24 to 49 m², have been finished to a high standard, including a kitchen, bathroom, and floor and wall finishes. NU has thus provided the investor and tenants with a turn-key apartment.
The building was designed by Bullhorst Architecten & Stedenbouwers in collaboration with Kampman Architecten, who were responsible for the structural implementation. The design features a curved roof shape and a recessed zinc volume on the top two storeys. As a result, the front façade appears less towering, yet it maintains a style that complements the historical buildings in this area.
