Exclusive homes in a serene rural setting
Weidelaan is a small-scale development of 18 zero-energy, owner-occupied houses: 10 semi-detached villas, 8 detached villas, and five social homes. Weidelaan, centrally located in Zoeterwoude-Dorp, blends in well with its surroundings. This sustainable, small-scale development offers a diverse range of house types. The design is stylish: a rich architectural character, including notable details in the brickwork and the incorporation of bay windows. The architecture also stands out due to the prominent roof designs. With either a thatched or a tiled roof, the homes are unique in their appearance, their layout and the location!

Zoeterwoude-Dorp is the ideal spot for people who love the Dutch countryside but want to live close to a city. Zoeterwoude is a small, independent municipality with an environment that is perfect for playing, walking, cycling and meeting people. Residents and visitors to Zoeterwoude can delight in a rich landscape of peat meadows, windmills, dikes and small bridges. Adding to its appeal are the many walking and cycling paths that meander past various points of interest or offer a practical way to reach the village for daily necessities.

The landscaping is nature-inclusive and the neighbourhood is designed to be pedestrian-friendly. There is no through traffic and there is ample private parking. An optimal way to experience countryside living near the city, in the Weidelaan in Zoeterwoude-Dorp!

Contractor Vink + Veenman began construction of the homes in October 2025. Completion is expected in the first quarter of 2027.
